Hortons Estates have let Saxon 58, a 58,909 sqft building to Russell and Bromley at their new development project, Saxon Park in Corby.
Saxon 58 had a back to frame refurbishment, which Hortons completed in 2023/24 and is the first of 4 units Hortons will complete at the site.
Saxon 79 and 129 are due to complete in Summer 2025 and will be best in class warehouse and logistics units, as 12m to eaves both level and dock level access doors and an excellent power supply, with the ability to increase to 5MVA across the site.
Saxon 68 will be completed in Q4 2025 and will be a brand new warehouse, logistics unit.
