TDB Real Estate alongside CPP have negotiated the sale of Units 9 and 10 Omega Court, Corby.
Unit 10 has been sold to CEF and will be their new trade counter in the town.
Unit 9 has been sold to MDS Medical and will be their new HQ.
Unit 8 is also currently Under Offer to an investor.
Our clients Argo Ventures purchased the property as an individual unit and subdivided them back into three units with TDB and CPP marketing them to let and for sale.
The Units were initially built by Clowes Developments in 2021.
