Chris is a founding Director at TDB, and has over 40 years experience in the commercial property market throughout not only the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes markets but extensively throughout the East Midlands.
Chris has a wealth of experience in Development, Agency, Investment, Landlord & Tenant being involved in some of the region’s major developments and agency transactions in the business space and retail sectors.
In 1986 Chris was appointed a Director of Berry Commercial and was a founding partner of Marriott Hardcastle in 1991 which subsequently merged with Budworth Hardcastle Ltd in 2007.
Outside of the office Chris enjoys watching either Liverpool, the Cobblers or Northampton Saints. As a new member of the Caravan Club at weekends Chris is often found on a site somewhere near the coast complaining about the British weather!
Oliver is a founding Director of TDB, and has over 15 years experience in the Northampton and wider East Midlands Market. His experience encompasses business space agency, development consultancy and investment.
Oliver has a strong track record of advising on the leasehold and freehold disposal of existing buildings and developments. As his work encompasses larger-scale developments and smaller multi-let properties and estates, he has a broad perspective on where occupier demand is being generated.
Oliver also targets both on and off-market opportunities for acquisitions to meet clients’ investment objectives and advises on how refurbishment, development or asset management initiatives can realise greater returns.
Outside of the office, Oliver can be found chasing after his 3 children, running his ‘Dad Taxi’ service. During the winter he is often out in the countryside with Shotgun in hand.
Jack joined TDB Real Estate in Autumn 2020 after spending 3 years working in the capital markets team of a niche Commercial Agency in London. Jack became a Director of TDB in 2024 and has excellent experience advising clients on the sale, acquisition and asset management of commercial property.
Jack completed a degree in Property Finance and Investment at Nottingham Trent University, graduating with First Class Honours. During his university tenure he completed a sandwich placement year within the asset management team at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, and joined the Capital Markets team at HRH Retail post graduation and completed his MRICS qualification in 2018.
Jack is experienced in most areas of general practice with a bias towards investment and asset management.
Outside of the office Jack is still playing rugby for Market Harborough rugby club so is found either on the pitch or at the bar most Saturdays!
Mark was a founding director of TDB and became a consultant in 2024. Mark has over 40 years of experience in the East Midlands property markets and still works with many of the same clients he did back in the early 1990’s!
Mark initially worked in London for 2 years in the Estates Department for 7 Eleven convenience stores, dealing with new store acquisitions including site finding and negotiation of lease terms, plus rent reviews and lease renewals on existing stores.
Mark has approximately 40 years experience in the surveying profession. Mark moved back to Northamptonshire in 1986 to join a regional practice before becoming a founding Partner in Budworth Brown who subsequently merged with Marriott Hardcastle to form Budworth Hardcastle. Marks experience covers most elements of general practice surveying with a strong investment and development bias. He is a member of the RICS.
Outside of the office Mark can be found walking his two dogs with his wife, up in Norfolk hiking the Coastal Paths or planning his next ‘big trip’ away!
