Panattoni have purchased a circa 35 acre industrial and logistics site in Coventry with the view to speculatively developing a new £135m net zero logistics park.
The site has outline consent for 600,000 sqft of Logistics Space and is located just off Junction 3 of the M6 motorway, it will provide much needed warehousing and logistics space to the Midlands.
