TDB Real Estate have been advising the landowner in the proposed redevelopment of a highly prominent former hotel site in Daventry, with proposals to provide for a new industrial/warehouse building totalling in the order of 104,000 sq ft.
A planning application has been submitted and is awaiting determination, on the former Landmark Hotel site totalling approximately 5 acres, situated at the entrance to Daventry fronting the A45, and offering excellent access to Junction 16 of the M1 motorway.
TDB Real estate have provided strategic and asset management advice on the proposed development and will continue to advise the landowner in the disposal or development of the site, on the successful granting of the planning permission.
