Martley Capital Group has sold the 687 space car park at the Mailbox Birmingham to Merseyside Pension Fund, c/o CBRE Investment Advisory (Capital Advisors), clients of TDB Real Estate.
The property was let on a 35-year long lease to Q-Park Ltd, guaranteed by Q-Park B.V. with annual rent reviews linked to RPI with a cap and collar of 2% & 4%.
With over 29 years remaining on the lease this asset provided TDB’s clients long-term, index-linked, secure income into the future.
