TDB Real Estate Advises AMK2 Real Estate Ltd on Strategic Purchase and Letting of Ross Road Site, Northampton

TDB Real Estate has successfully advised AMK2 Real Estate on the acquisition of a 0.6-acre site on Ross Road, Northampton, from Homes England further strengthening their presence in this location.

The purchase represents a strategic addition to  AMK2’s portfolio generating strong synergies with the adjacent property also in their ownership. The acquisition enhances the long-term value of their holdings in the area.

TDB Real Estate also successfully secured a long pre-let to a leading outdoor storage operator. The letting was agreed during the acquisition process further de-risking the deal and mitigating void costs. This outcome validated the investment rationale and demonstrated the strong occupational demand.
