TDB Real Estate secures letting of Unit 1, Kingsfield Park, Northampton
TDB Real Estate has completed the letting of Unit 1 at Kingsfield Park, Gladstone Road, Northampton, on behalf of landlord London & Cambridge Properties (LCP), to Padel Power Northants Limited.
The self-contained industrial/warehouse unit, which includes ancillary offices and yard space, forms part of the established Kingsfield Park estate approximately two miles west of Northampton town centre.
Padel Power Northants Limited will convert the circa 45,000 sq ft unit into an indoor padel tennis facility.
Kingsfield Park benefits from strong connectivity to the A4500, A45 and Junction 16 of the M1 motorway, making it a well-established commercial location.
