Double Letting and Investment Sale Completed at Maple Court, Northampton.
TDB Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful double letting and subsequent investment sale of a newly built office building at Maple Court, located in an attractive rural setting, just outside Collingtree, Northampton.
Acting on behalf of the landowner, TDB Real Estate secured lettings for both suites within the building. Suite 3B was let to Alliance Fostercare, while Suite 3A was taken by Pidy Limited — both achieving rents well in excess of £20 per sq ft, reflecting strong demand for high-quality office space in the region.
Following the successful lettings, the investment was sold to a local private investor, underlining continued appetite in the market for well-let, income-producing assets.
