TDB Real Estate Advises Conglom Inc. on Freehold Acquisition of Edmond-105, Wellingborough.
TDB Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a new UK logistics facility in Wellingborough on behalf of Conglom Inc., a leading Canadian manufacturer and distributor. The 105,000 sq. ft. freehold development—known as Edmond-105—was acquired from Pembury Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction represents a key milestone in Conglom’s ongoing UK expansion strategy. This building will enable Conglom to significantly enhance its operational capacity and support continued growth across its UK and international markets.
Situated on a prime 5-acre site at Junction 14 of the A45, Edmond-105 will offer excellent connectivity across the East Midlands and the national M1 corridor. The building will be constructed to the highest sustainability standards, targeting EPC A and BREEAM “Excellent” certification.
Pembury Real Estate originally acquired the wider site in 2023 and has since undertaken extensive demolition, site separation and planning work to deliver a fully consented development platform for Conglom’s new facility.
