Kettering industrial letting completed – Mordril 14

TDB Real Estate have completed the letting of Mordril 14, in Kettering, on behalf of a Hong Kong Family Office.

The premises comprise 14,407 sq ft (1,338.44 sq m) and are situated on the Telford Way Estate, which has an established industrial, warehouse and trade counter environment with such occupiers as Travis Perkins, Jewson, Screwfix, Snap On Tools, Knights of Old and Sealed Air to name but a few.

The unit has been let to Kettering based K2 Recovery on a ten year term. A headline rent of £99,500 which equates to £6.91 per sq ft was agreed.
