DX have been secured for a new building at New Stanton Park, where substantial remediation and infrastructure works are advancing at a rapid pace.

Clients Verdant Regeneration Ltd have secured the provision of a new building for delivery group DX for a 25,000 sq ft unit on a 4.5 acre site on the first phase at New Stanton Park in Ilkeston.

New Stanton Park is one of the largest regeneration industrial parks in the Midlands being located three miles from the M1/A52 junction and can accommodate buildings in the first phase from approx 11,000 sq ft to approx 47,000 sq ft, and a variety of much larger buildings up to 1 million/1.25 million sq ft.

The first phase will be deliverable Q2 2024 and discussions are ongoing on plots 2 and 3
