Bakeaway – 90,000 sq ft New Site Acquisition – Centrix Park, Corby.

TDBRE have acted for Bakeaway in the acquisition of a new 90,000 sq ft bespoke food factory.

Bakeaway are currently based on Baird Road Corby in approx 35,000 sq ft and will be relocating just a few hundred meters away to the new development at Centrix Park.

Bakeaway are European owned (Dutch/French) and are industry leaders in the production of ready to roll pastry and other products. The new facility represents a major expansion in the UK and has been acquired freehold together with additional adjoining land for future expansion.

TDB undertook an extensive site search operation in and around the Corby/north Northants area and shortlisted a number of options, but Centrix Park proved the best fit in terms of location and cost.

CWC Group are the developers, with Winvic acting as contractor.
