Northampton industrial investment sold – Leo House
Tuesday 5th October, 2021Acting on behalf of a private client TDBRE have completed the sale of a Northampton Industrial Investment known as Leo House, Ross Road. The property was sold at a purchase price of £3,200,000 representing a net initial yield of 8%.
Leo House is let to Dynamic Office Seating Ltd who have been in occupation for the circa 14 years.

The vendor was advised by TDBRE and the purchaser was advised by CBRE.
