Office acquired on behalf of Oakleaf Surveying

TDB Real Estate acted on behalf of Oakleaf Surveying and negotiated a new lease on the ground floor of Mcgowan House, 10 Waterside Way, The Lakes, Northampton. TDB secured a 5 year term with a significant initial rent free period.

Towergate Insurance and Handelsbanken occupy the upper floors of Mcgowan House. Other occupiers on the estate include Persimmon Homes, Howes Percival, Tollers Solicitors, Barwood Homes and Carter Jonas.

TDBRE acted on behalf of the tenant, Prop Search acted on behalf of the landlord.
