A NEW real estate company has been launched by three well-known names in Northamptonshire’s commercial property sector.

TDB Real Estate, headed up by directors Oliver Thompson, Chris Drummond and Mark Brown, will have offices in Northampton, Milton Keynes and London, with the emphasis on providing an expert, collaborative approach to clients.

With more than 60 years’ experience between them in the local property sector, most recently with the Northampton office of Budworth Hardcastle, the directors aim to offer a personal service combined with an in-depth understanding of the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes areas.

TDB Real Estate will provide agency services, property development and investment services, as well as a relocation advice service. The three directors will work with graduate surveyor Victoria Robinson.

Mark Brown said: “We want the company to be small enough that clients deal with one of the principals rather than making that first contact and then work being passed down the line, ensuring everyone benefits from the expertise that we have gained over many years in the property sector.

“In addition, we believe in a collaborative approach, so we’ll all put our heads together to ensure the best outcome for clients, rather than concentrating on our own portfolio, we think that’s the best way to get results.”
