Good News in Daventry


Success Story

TDB Real Estate are pleased to report two deals on Long March, Daventry.

Red Arch Engineering have expanded their operation and taken a new lease at St Martins House, Long March which comprises approximately 20,000 sq ft.  The headline rent equates to £4.28 psf pa.

The previous occupier of St Martins House, KRF, have relocated to the adjoining unit known as March House comprising 14,690 sq ft.  This was a freehold transaction.

The market in Daventry is excellent and these two deals are just the latest which TDB Real Estate have dealt with on behalf of Nene Group PLC, late in 2014 Feerless House comprising approximately 38,000 sq ft was sold to Brian James Trainers Ltd and earlier on in the same year TDB Real Estate let 40,000 sq ft on Sopwith Way to Metro Logistics.

As with Northampton, Daventry is now showing a distinct shortage of quality stock available.
