Market Harborough – 20% Rent Increase for Landlord at Three Manors Retail Park

Acting on behalf of a private client TDB Real Estate have negotiated the rent reviews at Three Manors Retail Park, Market Harborough. This resulted in increases on the Mini Michiefs, Snap Fitness and Travis Perkins rents and a c20% increase on the Screwfix rent.
