Large warehouse let in Daventry

TDB Real Estate are pleased to report the letting of 130,000 sq ft on Sopwith Way, Drayton Fields, Daventry to G2S Limited.

TDB Real Estate acted on behalf of a substantial private property company in agreeing a new 5 year lease at a market rent. Daventry continues to be popular with the logistics industry, given its exceptional road links to the M1/A5, access to which will be improved even further in a couple of years with the completion of the Flore/Weedon bypass.

TDB have a further 90,000 sq ft (existing building plus new build extension) under offer, with a planning decision awaited in respect of the new extension.
