Planning Permission Granted for Major New Warehouse Scheme – 4,000 New Jobs!!!

On Wednesday the 8th June clients Verdant Regeneration were granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the 200 acre New Stanton Park near J25 of the M1.  This important scheme has the potential to deliver up to 4,000 jobs in approximately 2 million sq ft of new build warehouse and industrial space with the ability to deliver a single building of around 1 million sq ft.
